1. Service Description

Couture Profile ("we," "our," or "us") provides a web-based measurement form management tool ("Service") that allows users to create, store, and share custom clothing measurements with designers and tailors. The Service is currently offered free of charge and is operated from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and Usage Limits

Each user account is subject to the following limits:

• Maximum 8 profiles per account
• Maximum 5 outfit forms per profile
• Maximum 8 reference photos per outfit form
• Maximum 2MB per photo upload
• Maximum 120 characters for form labels
• Maximum 500 characters for photo descriptions

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be solely responsible for determining who you share your measurement forms with via share links
• Upload only content that you own or have permission to use
• Not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Service
• Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

5. Share Links

When you create an outfit form, the Service generates a unique, shareable link. You understand and agree that:

• Anyone with the share link can view the measurements and photos on that form
• Share links are permanent until you delete the form or your account
• You are solely responsible for controlling access to your share links
• Share links are not indexed by search engines (noindex meta tag applied)
• We are not liable for unauthorized access if you share the link with unintended parties

6. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service, including measurements, photos, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We claim no ownership over your personal data. You may download or delete your content at any time.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through comments or shared content
• Use the Service to collect or store personal information of others without consent

8. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Couture Profile is a measurement management tool only. We do not:

• Manufacture, design, or produce clothing
• Verify the accuracy of measurements entered by users
• Guarantee that garments made using your measurements will fit correctly
• Assume any responsibility for the quality or outcome of custom clothing orders

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, ill-fitting garments, or disputes with designers/tailors.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions or downtime.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Use the Service in a manner that harms other users or the platform

You may delete your account at any time through the Service. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
